All refund requests require direct contact with our support team—there is no automated refund button or self-service option on our website.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Courses: Refunds for individual courses may be considered if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of course content has been accessed.
  • Subscription Plans: Monthly or yearly subscription plans may be refunded if requested within 7 days of initial payment and no certificates have been downloaded or major assessments completed.
  • App and Software Purchases: Refunds for downloadable products are available within 7 days, if content has not been significantly accessed, downloaded, or used.

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  • More than 20% of course/lesson content has been viewed or completed
  • You have received a certificate for course completion
  • The request is made after the 7-day period from purchase or renewal
  • Products were purchased during heavy promotional discount campaigns (unless specified otherwise)

  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Special Cases

  • Accidental Purchases: If you believe you have made an accidental purchase, contact support immediately.
  • Technical Issues: For platform errors that restrict access to purchased materials, contact support within 48 hours for resolution or a refund.
  • Corporate Plans: Bulk/corporate refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
